The Spirit of the Order – What is the Spirit of the Assumptionist Order?

 

You can use the word ‘Spirit’ in a common or garden sense. The other day I was listening to a television interview with a member of the England cricket team. He said “There’s a great spirit in the team at present.” The interviewer did not say, what do you mean by a ‘great spirit’ – he assumed that everybody would know. It means this team is united.
